The Pickling Line and Tandem Cold Mill (PLTCM) consists of three main sections, namely the Pickling Section to clear the oxide layer off of the Strip surface; the Side Trimmer Section to trim the Strip edges; and the TCM Section for rolling to achieve the target thickness.
